Welcome to the Smith Funeral Home

J. Donald Smith Funeral Home was established in 1955 by J. Donald Smith in Chadwicks. In 1970 it moved to its present facility at 3022 Oneida Street in Sauquoit. Donald’s son, David, joined the firm and in 1998 the business was purchased by he and his wife.In 2019, Smith Funeral Home affiliated with Dimbleby Funeral Homes, Inc, a family owned four generation firm. 

The combined resources of Smith and Dimbleby funeral homes will ensure that your family’s wishes will continue to be met.  We have office hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays, and our directors are on call for emergency responce seven days a week.
